How do you contact Blizzard Support

Hi everyone

I was hoping someone would be able to help me out. I know this is probably not the right place to be asking this, but I'm out of ideas. My account was hacked and is now locked. Has been for a while. I don't care at all about my WoW and Diablo games on my account, but I would like to play Starcraft 2 still. I've tried every option available on the battle.net forums to no avail. All the Blizzard support email addresses I could find are no longer monitored, the sms verifications don't come through to me, nor do verification emails, I've tried phoning, but just get referred back to the Battle.net support forums.

Does anyone have any idea how else to get my account unlocked. Any help would be appreciated.

Well you can't just "ignore" diablo and wow and keep access to SC2, it's battle.net so your account is the same for all of them. Blizzard has prominent links to all this stuff, but here's a good starting point: http://us.battle.net/en/security/help (OR: http://eu.battle.net/en/security/help for EU accounts)

There is no way to just email Blizzard anymore, but I'm surprising calling support didn't get you help, I've never heard someone calling in over a hacked account being told to go to the support forums (that makes no sense).

Make sure you update the email address on the account (it was likely changed) asap, change the password, and if you have one add an authenticator; they're free if you have an iOS or Android device.

Awesome, thank you. The account recovery worked. I swear I tried it before, but never received an email with the password reset link. It's come through now though, and everything is sorted. Now I can finally try and finish that last Starcraft 2 mission. Big thank you!

Glad you figured it out! It's awesome that it's automated nowadays though, used to take people hours waiting for ticket responses, or sitting on a phone waiting for support.

Have fun! I've been thinking about replaying the Wings of Liberty campaign as a sort of pre-Heart of the Swarm thing, heh.

I used to have some Blizzard's key problem, so I tried to contact them by phone. It was terrible!

Contacting any company by phone for support is terrible

I'm surprised, Blizzard generally has good phone support, although the waits can be really long thanks to idgits calling in stupid issues
